About

An operator, not an advisor with a deck.

A4 Growth Partners is a trading name of A4 Management Pty Ltd. We do the work with your team, not to your team.

Who runs it

Anil Thusoo

Founder, A4 Growth Partners

Two decades in BFSI and technology, spent growing businesses. My career has run on the commercial side of building companies — the messy stretch between "we have a product and a few customers" and "we have a machine that hits the number." That's where I do my best work, and it's where most companies get stuck.

Across banking, financial services, and technology, I've built go-to-market from scratch, stood up sales engines, run commercial due diligence for investors, opened new markets, and shaped the pitch and delivery that turns interest into signed revenue. Founders bring me in to build; funds bring me in to check the build before they write the cheque.

What I don't do is hand over a strategy document and leave. I work embedded, on live deals, with your team in the room, so that when the engagement ends you have a motion your people can actually run.

How I work

Four principles the work runs on

01

Build, don't advise

Deliverables are working motions and trained people, not slideware. If it can't be run after I leave, it isn't done.

02

Prove it on live deals

Every playbook is tested on real pipeline while I'm there, so you're not betting on theory.

03

Say the hard thing early

Investors and founders get the same honest read. If the motion won't scale, you hear it in week one, not month six.

04

Leave a team that can run it

The goal is to make myself unnecessary. Success is your people owning the number.
